DISPATCH / DELIVERIES

In stock items will be shipped immediately on an overnight service to all customers within Australia. Out of stock items generally take one week to be delivered. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided so you can track your item. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Within Australia we charge flat $15.00 ex GST packaging and handling fee for all order shipments weighing up to 5 kg. For shipments weighing over 5 kilograms and up to 9 kilograms incur our standard packaging and handling charge of $30.00 ex GST. Bulky or heavy shipments over 9 kg will ship via road freight and incur an appropriately calculated packaging and handling charge. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Backorders will automatically be shipped when the product is in stock, with no additional delivery charges.

The freight costs for orders to New Zealand are $39.00 for shipments weighing up to 5 kg and $80.00 for shipments weighing over 5 kg and up to 9 kg. Bulky or heavy shipments over 9 kg will ship via road freight and incur an appropriately calculated packaging and handling charge.

You are responsible for all Government, Bank and/or Financial charges including Customs, Taxes, Duty, Insurance and any on-forwarding costs.

Any orders on a prepaid account cannot be released until cleared funds are received or a bank remittance is provided. The risk of loss transfers to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier.

Export orders are shipped when all items are available, unless a request in writing is given, backorders will ship (via same method as the original shipment) when the product is in stock, with additional delivery charges.
