Simple network monitoring – Alarm raised when a device fails

The IP Watcher monitors an administrator created list of IP addresses and host names on a cyclic basis, using a ping to check the status. As soon as a network node fails to respond after a configurable time, the IP Watcher issues an alarm and sends a message via email. Using two switching outputs you can also trigger other warning devices such as signal lamps or horns. The current status of all monitored devices is shown continuously in the browser window.
